I had a wonderful stay at What's Up Chiang Mai. The staff went above and beyond to make my experience great. The single beds were comfortable and the swimming pool was a nice bonus. The complimentary breakfast of toast, tea/coffee, and fruit was a lovely touch. I highly recommend this hotel.

The pool area at What'S Up was absolutely amazing, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sunshine. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, including the cozy bed books with privacy curtains. The hostel is conveniently located, just a short walk from various attractions. The staff were helpful and the overall atmosphere was great. Additionally, the breakfast provided was well worth the price. I would definitely recommend this hostel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
One drawback was the 14 beds per dorm room, which could be a bit crowded and noisy at times. However, if you're a light sleeper, bringing a white noise app can help mitigate any disturbances.

Stayed at a city hotel during a recent trip, and overall was impressed. The hotel's central location made it easy to explore the city's historic district and nightlife. The pool was a standout, providing a refreshing escape from the heat. The hotel's communal areas were spacious, offering lots of room to connect with fellow travelers. Another advantage was the reasonable prices for food and drinks at the hotel's bar.
The room was a bit cramped, making it tough to stow large bags. breakfast options were limited.
